It’s International Women’s Day 2023 on the 8^th March, and this year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity!

We are inviting all carers who identify as women to celebrate International Women’s day with us on the 8^th March by coming along to our relaxing wellbeing day! Our CEO Claire will be saying a few words to introduce, before we start the day off with a guided meditation.

This will then be followed by a relaxing hand massage workshop and a heart-shaped origami making lesson at our arts and crafts table. We will finish off with an afternoon tea which will start at approximately 1pm.
