It’s International Women’s Day 2023 on the 8^th March, and this year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity!

Do you fancy celebrating International Women’s Day on the 8^th March but are unable to make it face-to-face?

Don’t worry, we’re hosting an online event on Zoom too! Our CEO Claire will be saying a a few words to introduce, before we conduct a short guided meditation. We will also be hearing and sharing empowering stories – this will be a great opportunity for carers who identify as women to come together in a safe space to have a virtual cuppa.
