Family Action are hosting two sessions to mark Carers Week 2024 for Young Carers across Leeds.

Young Carers are children under the age of 18, who take on physical, practical, or emotional tasks at home because someone in their family has an illness, disability, difficulty with alcohol or drugs or experiences mental ill health.

Both sessions are online, with details below:

Young Carers Practice Development Session

12.30pm – 3pm, Thursday 13th June 2024

Bitesize Young Carer’s Practice Development Session

3.30pm – 4.30pm, Thursday 13th June 2024

Suitable for school staff only.
