The Work and Health Programme is a fully funded programme commissioned by the Department of Work and Pensions which aims to support individuals into sustainable employment/self-employment. They work with vulnerable adults who have numerous barriers to employment, including those that have a mental health difficulties or physical health problems or those who are caring for someone else.

The programme is 15 months long and is aimed at helping people regain the confidence to begin sustainable work. Our Employment Advisers help participants by offering Health and Wellbeing Support, Employability Skills development, accredited courses / training and vacancy sourcing. We also refund the cost for getting into appointments, support paying for travel before someone’s first payslip and also support with funding interview clothing, PPE etc.
